Returns & Refund Policy
At Wedding Years, every gown is made with love and careful attention. While we do our best to ensure everything is perfect, we’re human — and if a significant error occurs, we’ll make it right.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
- Refunds or returns are only accepted in cases of major fault on our part (e.g., wrong size, incorrect color, wrong fabric, or clear damage).
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your dress.
- Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for return or refund.
- For custom-made gowns, all sizing and design details are confirmed before production. These are non-refundable unless there is a verified quality issue.
2. How to Request a Return
- To request a return due to a major issue:
- Email us at contact@weddingyears.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
- Returns must be authorized by our team before shipping the item back
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
3. Conditions for Approved Returns
The gown must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging included.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color variation
- Measurement issues resulting from incorrect customer input
If the issue is minor and repairable (e.g., loose stitching, lace variation), we may offer a local tailoring reimbursement instead of a full return.
