At Wedding Years, every gown is made with love and careful attention. While we do our best to ensure everything is perfect, we’re human — and if a significant error occurs, we’ll make it right.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

 

  • Refunds or returns are only accepted in cases of major fault on our part (e.g., wrong size, incorrect color, wrong fabric, or clear damage).
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your dress.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for return or refund.
  • For custom-made gowns, all sizing and design details are confirmed before production. These are non-refundable unless there is a verified quality issue.

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

To request a return due to a major issue:

  • Email us at contact@weddingyears.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  • Returns must be authorized by our team before shipping the item back
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

 

3. Conditions for Approved Returns

 

  • The gown must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging included.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variation
  • Measurement issues resulting from incorrect customer input

 

If the issue is minor and repairable (e.g., loose stitching, lace variation), we may offer a local tailoring reimbursement instead of a full return.
