By accessing or purchasing from Wedding Years, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in your selected currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

2. Orders & Availability

  • Most of our gowns are made to order and may take 1–2 months for production.
  • Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement, and cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and the nature of the order (standard or rush).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties.
  • Once a product has shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of most items, returns and exchanges are limited and accepted only under specific conditions (e.g., manufacturing defects).
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return review.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

5. Product Descriptions

We strive to display and describe our gowns as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting, fabric batches, or screen settings and are not considered defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Wedding Years and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Years is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wedding Years operates.
