By accessing or purchasing from Wedding Years, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in your selected currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

 

2. Orders & Availability

  • Most of our gowns are made to order and may take 1–2 months for production.
  • Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement, and cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and the nature of the order (standard or rush).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties.
  • Once a product has shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of most items, returns and exchanges are limited and accepted only under specific conditions (e.g., manufacturing defects).
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return review.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

 

5. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to display and describe our gowns as accurately as possible.
  • Minor differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting, fabric batches, or screen settings and are not considered defects.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Wedding Years and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Wedding Years is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wedding Years operates.
